Apply to the Market

The Worthington Farmers Market accepts applications from potential producers twice each year. Once, in the summer, for our winter market season (November-April) and again in late winter for our summer season (May-October).

The Worthington Farmers Market is a producer-only food marketplace. Applications will be considered from Ohio farmers, growers and food makers. As space permits, we do occasionally consider value-added products (i.e. local, handmade soap). All products must be grown, raised or made in Ohio with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients. Products purchased at auctions or wholesale terminals are prohibited and will not be considered.

Applications for the 2021 outdoor season of the Worthington Farmers Market are closed. Producers interested in being considered for the Worthington Farmers Market should apply for our 2021-2022 winter season (November-April 2021) when our application opens later this summer.

Applications for the 2021 outdoor season of the Worthington Farmers Market will be accepted from January 20, 2021 through February 19, 2021. Due to the large volume of applications and limited space availability, we are unable to accept applications beyond February 19, 2021.

You will need a profile at  This is the software that we use to host and manage the application process. After you have created a profile, you will be able to apply for the Worthington Farmers Market.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a non-refundable $20 application fee due at the time of your application. If this fee remains unpaid, your application will not be considered.

New for 2021, we have partnered with Worthington-based COhatch, a sponsor of the Worthington Farmers Market, to offer an online pre-ordering platform – COhatch Marketplace. COhatch Marketplace will launch later this Spring. You will be able to indicate your interest in hosting an online store on COhatch Marketplace when you apply for the Worthington Farmers Market. Additional details will be sent, upon acceptance into the Worthington Farmers Market. The digital membership fee and associated costs to list your products on COhatch Marketplace are separate and are in addition to the physical booth space rent for the Worthington Farmers Market.

If you're not familiar with COhatch, they are in the business of creating environments where people and communities connect with their neighbors, clients, coworkers, and families. COhatch opened its first co-working community in Worthington and was most recently recognized as the fastest growing brand in Columbus by Columbus Business First on their Fast 50 list of 2020. COhatch Marketplace was created as an online extension of that community connection to promote everything local.

We are not currently considering applications for crafts, trinkets, community service organizations, professional services or related businesses. If you are a local maker of a handcrafted product, a Central Ohio non-profit organization or your offer a business service to the local community, we encourage you to consider listing your product, cause or service on the soon to launch COhatch Marketplace.
