Join owner and preservationist, Jeannie Seabrook of Glass Rooster Cannery for tips, tricks and techniques for pickling and preserving the farm's bounty! Hosted on the United Methodist Church lawn (behind the producers), Jeannie will demonstrate, taste test and share her knowledge about preserving the harvest from 9 AM until noon. In addition to Jeannie's demonstration, guests can enjoy a summer gazpacho made by our friend and Executive Chef Jeff Lindemeyer of The Avenue Dublin. Samples will begin at 9 AM and be available until they run out.
