Join Native Cold Pressed for a 1-hour vinyasa flow (all levels) in the West wing of The Shops at Worthington Place, starting at 9:00 am on January 26, February February 23, March 30 and April 27. Bring your own mat and enjoy a little yoga. Classes are free and open to everyone, regardless of ability. For those who would like to make a donation of any amount, please visit the market information table. Don't be intimidated by a full parking lot! Cynthia Rudolph passed away at age 40 from lymphoma leaving behind a husband and young son. As a patient, no matter what Cynthia faced - she always stayed positive. It was important to her that others could still see beauty in life despite having to go through cancer treatments like herself.
