Do good for your mind, body and being by enjoying the benefits of yoga, while visiting the Worthington Farmers Market!

To Native Cold Pressed co-owners, Nicole Salvo and Erin Thacker, yoga and raw juice exemplify the two pillars of balanced living. Join Erin and Nicole for a 1-hour vinyasa flow (all levels) on the Southwest village green, starting at 8:00 am on May 28, June 25, July 30, August 27, September 24 and October 29.

Bring your own mat or enjoy yoga on the grass. And after your practice, visit the Native Cold Pressed tent (in the Graeter's parking lot every week) for a wide selection of raw juice. Their juice is made from only fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices...never diluted and nothing is ever added. It's 100% organic, and 100% good for you!

Classes are free and open to everyone, regardless of ability. For those who would like to make a donation of any amount, please visit the market information tent on the northeast corner of New England and High.

In the event of rain, yoga will be cancelled.
