Performers of all ages are welcome to sign in upon arrival beginning at 8:30 AM. Performances will be organized into 15 or 30-minute slots beginning at 10 AM.

Space is not guaranteed. Music Go Round will provide speakers, microphones

and cords. All you need is your instrument! (And it doesn’t hurt to bring

a connecting cord, too, if you have one.)

Lifestyle Matters. How we eat, move, sleep and manage stress has an enormous impact on health and longevity.

Health Tip #3: Plant Slant

Limit meat intake and avoid processed foods. Many scientific studies show that restricting meat intake is associated with living longer. The people around the world with the best longevity eat at least two vegetables with each meal. They also limit meat intake to about twice weekly, with no portion larger than a deck of cards. Showcase plant based foods putting them in prominent visible places where you can readily see them and eat them. Beans and greens are the cornerstone of most longevity diets. They are excellent sources of protein, minerals and fiber.

Finally, eat nuts every day. A large Seventh-day Adventist study showed that those who ate nuts at least five times per week (2 oz.serving) had half the rate of heart disease and lived on average two years longer than those who didn't eat nuts.
