A Tale of Two Green Beans
How well do you know your green beans?
Roma and Romano are two very similar types of green beans that have no string, are very tender and have a crispy texture with a mouthwatering, rich flavor. The Market Wellness Doctor's Weekly Health Tip

Lifestyle Matters. How we eat, move, sleep and manage stress has an enormous impact on health and longevity.
Health Tip #61: The Path to Wellness is Through Food!
Eat consciously. Slow down. Sit down. Look at the colors of the food in front of you.
Savor the aromas. Think of the flavors. Recognize how your mouth begins to water as your digestive signals begin. Give thanks for the wholesome food now at your table, the result of many sacrifices. Remember food is more than fuel, it is literally sending information to your cells.(1)
Choose wisely at the farmers market this Saturday.
See you at the Market!
